Danielle Smith, Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, originally from Ormond Beach, Florida attended the University of Miami where she completed her Bachelors of Nursing Science with honors and as a student athlete. She then started her nursing career at the University of Miami Hospital where she worked on a Step-Down ICU Surgical ENT unit to recovery care in Plastic Surgery. It was in this role that Danielle first experienced her true passion for facial aesthetics.
It was in providing these services to her patients that she truly excelled. Her talent was quickly recognized and demanded by her patients. Sensing that great things were ahead Danielle decided to pursue this skill by obtaining her Master’s Degree as a Nurse Practitioner from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. During her time in the Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics fields Danielle has had the opportunity to work with some of the best surgeons and dermatologist in the fields; all providing her with valuable insight and guidance in developing her craft.
After graduating Danielle teamed up with the world renowned Plastic Surgeons, Dr. Christopher Low & Dr. Micheal Cheung to launch smith & popov. It seemed a natural fit for Danielle to bring her greatest skills together into a service that would set her apart from her competition; her Aesthetic Skills and her unparalleled customer service. By providing a Concierge Aesthetic Service Danielle is able to ensure her patients’ are getting exactly what they need with the utmost convenience and excellence.
Danielle is a member of the American Society for Plastic Surgery Nursing, the American Society of Perianesthesia Nursing, and the American Academy of Critical Care Nurses.
