Am I a Candidate for BOTOX® Injections?
Most healthy adults can be good candidates for Botox. The BOTOX® Procedure
One of the benefits of Botox treatment is that appointments are brief. To begin, the provider discusses concerns and desired results from injectables. The skin and muscle are observed to determine injection sites. While pain is not typically a concern due to the small size of the needle, patients can request a topical numbing cream. This, however, needs to stay on the skin for approximately half an hour to be effective. Because the needle is tiny, injections are barely felt as more than a slight pinch. Recovery From BOTOX® Injections
