Very professional staff and dr Cheung did a very good job on my rinoplastia surgery.
Had an appointment with them at 3pm (simple initial consultation), came at 2:50 to fill out the paperwork, at 3:30pm I still was waiting and decided to talk to frontdesk when the doctor is going to see me. Was told I need to wait more. So I just left. This is not the way to treat customers. Why you schedule an appointment at exact time and then force someone to wait for 30+ minutes? Terrible.
