Dr.Cheung deserves more than 10 stars. It was such a rewarding feeling to experience a Physician who truly cares about his patients before and after a procedure. From the inception of meeting him, he reassured me and made me feel extremely comfortable about my decision. After my procedure, his presence was even more rewarding than I anticipated. He gave me and my husband his cell phone number and stressed the importance of contacting him at anytime should I have any issues or concerns. I was scheduled for follow-up appointments every week to ensure that I was progressing to his standards and was provided with so many at home care tips and advice to aid with my recovery. I had absolutely zero complications and my results are phenomenal. It’ll be robbery for me to not mention his Partner, Dr. Low who was so pleasant during one of my many follow up visits when Dr. Cheung was away. Dr.Cheung’s Surgical Coordinator, Claudia. Claudia was extremely patient and helpful. She’s very responsive and answered all of my many questions and addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Cheung’s Medical assistant, she’s such a doll and was patient and caring with me at every visit especially in my early post-op days. The lovely receptionist ladies at the front are the epitome of awesome customer service. Pleasant, sweet, and organized. CRS is just a world class practice and I am truly grateful for the spectacular experience that I was afforded to have.
Dr. Cheung did an absolutely amazing job with my breast augmentation. His bedside manner is A+ and I am extremely pleased with the end result. Even before the procedure he made sure to walk me through each step so I was comfortable beforehand – making my decision making process even easier when deciding what surgeon would be best for me. He’s kind caring and so attentive to your needs and his bedside manner is so comforting. The staff is amazing from the front desk to the medical assistants to the surgical coordinators.
