Dr.Cheung deserves more than 10 stars. It was such a rewarding feeling to experience a Physician who truly cares about his patients before and after a procedure. From the inception of meeting him, he reassured me and made me feel extremely comfortable about my decision. After my procedure, his presence was even more rewarding than I anticipated. He gave me and my husband his cell phone number and stressed the importance of contacting him at anytime should I have any issues or concerns. I was scheduled for follow-up appointments every week to ensure that I was progressing to his standards and was provided with so many at home care tips and advice to aid with my recovery. I had absolutely zero complications and my results are phenomenal. It’ll be robbery for me to not mention his Partner, Dr. Low who was so pleasant during one of my many follow up visits when Dr. Cheung was away. Dr.Cheung’s Surgical Coordinator, Claudia. Claudia was extremely patient and helpful. She’s very responsive and answered all of my many questions and addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Cheung’s Medical assistant, she’s such a doll and was patient and caring with me at every visit especially in my early post-op days. The lovely receptionist ladies at the front are the epitome of awesome customer service. Pleasant, sweet, and organized. CRS is just a world class practice and I am truly grateful for the spectacular experience that I was afforded to have.
Dr. Cheung did an absolutely amazing job with my breast augmentation. His bedside manner is A+ and I am extremely pleased with the end result. Even before the procedure he made sure to walk me through each step so I was comfortable beforehand – making my decision making process even easier when deciding what surgeon would be best for me. Very professional staff and dr Cheung did a very good job on my rinoplastia surgery.
Had an appointment with them at 3pm (simple initial consultation), came at 2:50 to fill out the paperwork, at 3:30pm I still was waiting and decided to talk to frontdesk when the doctor is going to see me. Was told I need to wait more. So I just left. This is not the way to treat customers. Why you schedule an appointment at exact time and then force someone to wait for 30+ minutes? Terrible.

The staff and Doctors Low and Cheung are amazing. They are professional and provide a personalized experience to make sure you are taken care of during your procedure and produce results that are better than expected. I chose Dr. Low after meeting him as he is brilliant and he really understands the type of sculpting and necessary process that are needed in doing various different procedures; he is also very conscience of you being comfortable and standing by the quality of work, as he makes sure you are taken care of hand and foot.
