Wow, talk about incredible place all around. Dr. Low, Claudia and the staff as a whole is outstanding. Claudia is very understanding, very patient and efficient about helping every single patient. Dr. Low goes above and beyond to make his patients feel understood and heard about what they want. Dr. Low worked with my schedule and was extremely accommodating, especially because we were from out of town. I am beyond pleased with how everything started and finished. I have been seeing Dr. Low for the past few months since having a masectomy. He has been absolutely wonderful and so has his office staff.
Dr Low is not only a great surgeon but genuinely cares about his patients. Dr Cheung is just as amazing! They worked together to help me get the best results! They made sure to check on me during and after the process, which was so comforting! After over 100 pound weight loss, I had so much loose skin and worried I would never be able to get rid of it. Dr Low was able to tailor my surgery to get me the best results for my body type. I am so happy with my results and finally feel like I have reached my goals!
Dr. Cheung with CRS is amazing! He made me feel comfortable. Answered all my questions and explained everything up front. I’m two weeks post surgery and love my results. Dr. Cheung even took the time to make sure I was ok after surgery with a follow up call from him directly instead of a nurse. I highly recommend him, he cares for his patients and makes himself available in case of emergency’s if anything were to go wrong. After having two kids, gaining and losing weight, I’m very loud and proud about my breast augmentation and lift. Such a great experience. They look fantastic!! 🤩🤗

I cannot say enough good things about CRS Plastic surgery! I had a breast implant replacement with Dr. Low, who was the most helpful, compassionate surgeon I have ever met. Before, during & after my procedure he made sure that I was 100% comfortable in every aspect. Days following my surgery he was checking in on me multiple times, making sure I was feeling okay, even before our next schedule follow up. I was a scared Breast Cancer patient and coming to this office gave me such a relief. This is a great Office with a phenomenal caring Physician. He relates well to people and takes time to listen and takes appropriate action on the symptoms. He is good at building trust with his patients. Dr. Cheung is down to earth and has a great bedside manner. He actually takes time to explain things and resolve any problems if there are any. I am HIGHLY Grateful for his experience & wide range of knowledge. The office wait times are relatively short (usually 10 minutes maximum) From the doctor- Dr. Michael Cheung to the front desk secretary- Stephanie the Surgical Coordinator- Claudia the Medical Assistant- Thalia to the Office Manager- Juana, they are all so helpful, understanding, friendly and very professional. They will go the length to make sure all is well. Dr. Cheung has even helped assist me with others in my family. I would recommend Dr. Cheung to any and everyone seeking a kind, compassionate, and brilliant plastic surgeon!

I have so much to say, and I don’t know exactly where to begin. I guess I’ll just start by explaining what led me on this journey. Well, going into my 50th year of life, I thought about how I could make some real, meaningful and healthy changes. For all of my life, I have had very, very large breasts. My breast size ranged from a triple D to a size G. If you can imagine, I have suffered from back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain… You name it; I probably have suffered from that, too. So, I decided that I wanted to make a change. That led me into learning more about the breast reduction/breast lift procedure. I conducted a search on surgeons within the Tri-County area, and my search led me to Dr. Low‘s profile. I requested a consultation with Dr. Low, and immediately knew that he was the doctor for me. Dr. Low is an educator at heart, and I should know this because I have worked in the field of education for over 20 years. He took the time to educate me regarding my breast and the breast reduction/breast lift procedure. From the first day of my consultation up until the day of my surgery, Dr. Low has managed my expectations, but in the end he actually over delivered. In fact, he managed my expectations in the most gentle and professional way, and yet he over delivered! Wow, I can’t get over that (in a good way, of course). I would have never imagined that the end result will look and feel as good as they do now.
