Me permitió decirle lo que yo quería y como quería verme, y asi fue. Muy a parte de su atención post operatorio, no dejo de comunicarse con mi esposo por todo el fin de semana para saber cómo me estaba yendo. Lo recomendaría mil veces si es posible !! I was a scared Breast Cancer patient and coming to this office gave me such a relief. This is a great Office with a phenomenal caring Physician. He relates well to people and takes time to listen and takes appropriate action on the symptoms. He is good at building trust with his patients. Dr. Cheung is down to earth and has a great bedside manner. He actually takes time to explain things and resolve any problems if there are any. I am HIGHLY Grateful for his experience & wide range of knowledge. The office wait times are relatively short (usually 10 minutes maximum) From the doctor- Dr. Michael Cheung to the front desk secretary- Stephanie the Surgical Coordinator- Claudia the Medical Assistant- Thalia to the Office Manager- Juana, they are all so helpful, understanding, friendly and very professional. They will go the length to make sure all is well. Dr. Cheung has even helped assist me with others in my family. I would recommend Dr. Cheung to any and everyone seeking a kind, compassionate, and brilliant plastic surgeon!

I have so much to say, and I don’t know exactly where to begin. I guess I’ll just start by explaining what led me on this journey. Well, going into my 50th year of life, I thought about how I could make some real, meaningful and healthy changes. For all of my life, I have had very, very large breasts. My breast size ranged from a triple D to a size G. If you can imagine, I have suffered from back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain… You name it; I probably have suffered from that, too. So, I decided that I wanted to make a change. That led me into learning more about the breast reduction/breast lift procedure. I conducted a search on surgeons within the Tri-County area, and my search led me to Dr. Low‘s profile. I requested a consultation with Dr. Low, and immediately knew that he was the doctor for me. Dr. Low is an educator at heart, and I should know this because I have worked in the field of education for over 20 years. He took the time to educate me regarding my breast and the breast reduction/breast lift procedure. From the first day of my consultation up until the day of my surgery, Dr. Low has managed my expectations, but in the end he actually over delivered. In fact, he managed my expectations in the most gentle and professional way, and yet he over delivered! Wow, I can’t get over that (in a good way, of course). I would have never imagined that the end result will look and feel as good as they do now. I sincerely and highly recommend Dr. Low for this procedure; however, please keep in mind he is going to manage your expectations, but I promise you in the end he will over deliver… you will be blown away by your results, as he is an exceptional surgeon! -JC
Dr. Cheung is amazing!!! Not only is he meticulous at his craft as a surgeon, but he also has wonderful “bed side manners” (as they would call it). He listens to and understands your concerns. He does not talk over you or dismiss your questions. He is also very patient and offered calming/ reassuring words whenever he saw I was getting nervous or anxious. I highly recommend Dr. Cheung and his wonderful team. Everyone was so supportive and kind during my whole reconstruction journey.
Dr. Cheung truly is the best surgeon around. He’s very informed on the most up to date information and techniques, I absolutely felt comfortable trusting all his judgment. He even personally texts you after surgery. His staff is so helpful and friendly, the facilities are convenient and clean. Cannot recommend him enough!
My sister referred me to Dr. Cheung & Dr. Low after following their work on Instagram for a few years now. I called for a consultation and I booked my appointment. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cheung, but I still had a few other consultations to be sure. Dr. Cheung was by far the best visit over all. I just had my breast augmentation a month ago and I am beyond delighted! After having my 3rd post-op today, I am so happy with the results. He was so patient throughout all of my silly questions, awesome responsive time right after my procedure. I feel like I this was a missing part of me and now I am complete. Dr. Cheung did an amazing job fixing my broken nose from a work related injury. He was very through and detailed. He also took the time to explain everything and answers all of my questions. The entire office staff are so friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and assured I was getting the best care possible; and the results prove it.
4 of my sisters went to CRS and Dr. Low did all of their surgeries. When I saw their results, I went for a consultation and I was so impressed by the friendliness of the entire staff and Dr.Low’s attention to detail. Most importantly was how comfortable they all made me feel. Claudia was very detailed when it came to coordinating my surgery which made me feel even more comfortable. The staff are all extremely friendly and greet you by name, from Stephanie who is the first person you meet there, to Juana who is so outgoing and of course my number one girl, Cynthia. Although Dr. Cheung wasn’t my surgeon, I even joked with him when I asked him if his orange crocs represented the Gators (knowing fully well it was really for UM). I did the mommy make over and I am so happy with my results. I can wear a bikini for the first time in my life! Even when I went for my follow ups, they opened the door for me when they saw me coming and everyone was just really helpful. Dr. Low will definitely listen to what you want and give his best recommendation. You’re definitely treated as a person there and not as a number.
I am very satisfied with the reconstruction surgery that Dr. Cheung did, very professional, I hardly had any pain or complications. Everything was as explained to me before the surgery, but the most important thing was the love and attention that he and his staff gave me throughout the process, I was truly blessed to be his patient.
